• An organisation application form, available from the CBLC office, (telephone: 01249 658180), must be completed and returned with financial details, including Balance Sheet /  Annual Report. You can contact us via the links page to request a form by email

• The Administrator checks the application and gathers any outstanding information necessary in support

• If it is a Welfare or Education issue, then the application may first go to that Sub-Committee, otherwise it will go to the next available meeting of the full Trustees for a decision

What do Trustees like to see on an Organisation Application?

• Funding also being sought from other sources;

• A specific amount of money required;

• Clear statements on how the money is to be spent and how it will benefit the inhabitants of Chippenham;
