The Charity's income can be used by, or for the benefit of, the inhabitants of the Parish of Chippenham for:

• Relief of the aged, sick, disabled or poor;
• Provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation; (subject to satisfying the Recreational Charities Act 1958 Section 1)
• The advancement of education;
• The promotion of any other charitable purpose

We cannot help with the following:

• Individual adult sportsmen/woman
• Direct subsidy to Local Authorities
• Religious organisations (except for projects involving substantial non-denominational use for community benefit)
• Retrospective applications
• First Degrees
