We are open until 12.00pm on Friday 24th December 2021 and reopening at 9.00am on Tuesday 4th January 2022. You can also get advice and support over the festive period from the following organisations: – 

Wiltshire Wellbeing Hub – If you are self-isolating due to Covid-19 and need help but don’t have any family or friends that can support you, call 0300 003 4576. Open: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, Closed: 25th-28th Dec 2021

Wiltshire Council – Local Welfare – The local welfare provision scheme provides critical short-term help and assistance with limited one-off household goods. Call 0300 456 0100

Doorway – Homeless Drop in Centre (The Citadel, Bath Road, Chippenham SN15 2AB). Open: Thurs 23rd and Thurs 30th Dec (12.30pm-3.30pm). Urgent Drop Ins (only for rough sleepers): Weds 22nd & 29th Dec (12.30pm-2.30pm)

The Salvation Army Foodbank – Foghamshire, Chippenham, SN15 1HB. Open: Thurs 23rd Dec 10-12pm (instead of Fri 24th Dec) Closed: W/C 27th Dec. Open Tues 4th Jan (10am-12pm)

St Peter’s Church Foodbox – Lords Mead, SN14 0LL – contact through direct message to St Peter’s Church Facebook page (no need for a referral)

Citizens Advice Wiltshire – for advice by phone, call 0800 144 88 48. Visit their website to find self-help information and to complete their contact form. Closed: 1pm on 24th Dec, reopening on Tues 4th Jan. The national advice line will be running a reduced telephone service at the following times over the festive period: 29th & 30th Dec 9am-5pm and 31st December 9am to 1pm

Chippenham Link Transport – helping take people to and from medical appointments – 01249 461881 (please note the volunteers are taking a break over Christmas and will not be answering between 4.30pm on Thursday 23rd December until 8.30am on Tuesday 4th January)

Streetlink – If you see someone rough sleeping please refer them to Streetlink by calling 0300 500 0914 giving their exact location
